We have full of experience in OEM & ODM with excellence of LIGA technology, micro-nozzle manufacturing and process integration to design and develop diversified products in different industries.
Since 2007, we have dedicated to develop atomization technology and also applied atomization-related patents with different vibrating module for different industries.
We and our business partners have launched different products by using the core technology, such as “Humidifier”, “Portable nebulizer”, “microneedle instruments.” By our flexibility and excellence, we would offer suitable product to fulfill verity demands from our business partners.
After years of hard work, we keep researching and developing aerosolization technology. From 2016 to 2019, we also applied a global patents portfolio in worldwide to protect our core technology. We further put emphasis on a variety of mechanical actuating type inhaler and vibrating for separable mesh type nebulizer. MicroBase also launch own-brand nebulizer applied for Home use, Hospital and emergency patient ICU respectively for different users. Moreover, our portable nebulizer was been awarded 2016 Taiwan Excellence Award.

We protects core technology by filing the different types of patents, such as invention, utility model and design.
In order to get completely patent protection, we applied patents worldwide. MicroBase both applied invention patents (60.4%) and utility model patents (24.8%) at the same time.
Moreover, we further file some design patents for comprehensive and intuitive protection of the different design of our own products.
